Get rid of headache through breathing exercises

Do you ever wonder why a common headache occurs?? It occurs when you got some type of error in the internal machinery called 'brain'. yes mostly headache occurs due to some little error in working of brain. BUT do you know this error in brain's working can be fixed in few minutes by setting a kind of synchronization between your brain and your breathing.

What you need to do in headache?
Do the following steps:

1. Take a comfortable sitting position with your spine straight.
2. Now starting deep breathing and start thinking about a dirty room with lots of waste.
3. Now think you are a fire brigade officer and you have a huge pump in which water flowing at a brisk rate.
4. With every inhale think you are using the pressure of water to get the dirt of the walls of the room.
5. with every exhale think that the waste product is flowing through drains out.

Like this just clean your room till the walls of room shines again and you are almost ok with your head now.

the room is your brain and you are the fire brigade officer.

I uses this method always for my headache and magically it goes away.
