Get rid of headache through breathing exercises

Do you ever wonder why a common headache occurs?? It occurs when you got some type of error in the internal machinery called 'brain'. yes mostly headache occurs due to some little error in working of brain. BUT do you know this error in brain's working can be fixed in few minutes by setting a kind of synchronization between your brain and your breathing.

What you need to do in headache?
Do the following steps:

1. Take a comfortable sitting position with your spine straight.
2. Now starting deep breathing and start thinking about a dirty room with lots of waste.
3. Now think you are a fire brigade officer and you have a huge pump in which water flowing at a brisk rate.
4. With every inhale think you are using the pressure of water to get the dirt of the walls of the room.
5. with every exhale think that the waste product is flowing through drains out.

Like this just clean your room till the walls of room shines again and you are almost ok with your head now.

the room is your brain and you are the fire brigade officer.

I uses this method always for my headache and magically it goes away.

Not to be diplomatic! I would rather talk straight forward that doing meditation can gave you unbelievable confidence which you can take to make progress in your health status. Imagine, you don't want to run early in the morning or don't want to go to gym because you think you don't have it in you to do all these hard schedules and you does not even want to imagine you doing all these stuff. Actually, these exercises like running, gym sessions are not hard but its you who made it harder than it actually is. BUT meditation can bring us into a state from where we can do all these stuff without much of any problem. Meditation can take us into subconscious state which we can take advantage for our well being.

Subconscious state can be regarded as re-directing state for our mind. Any promises done in subconscious state will bring better results in conscious state.

So, what you need to do now? Just sit in a posture keeping your spine straight and start taking deep breaths and then think you are going into another world where there is piece, there is some music which is amazing and after 1 minute take your promises like i can do whatever it takes to become fit, beautiful, prefect or any other promise you like.

You can take any kind of promises in subconscious and believe me you will really earn very high confidence. This is amazing, isn't it.

Basic reason for heart diseases

All of us knows how much hype the heart diseases are creating now. Doctors used to say there is no satisfactory cure for the heart diseases like cholesterol, blood pressure or chronic inflammation.
Our first question should be “Why these heart diseases appeared in my body”. The answer is quiet simple, that is, the food we intake is responsible for these deadly heart diseases. Before I go further into details, You should know about the basic mechanism of our body. Our body needs energy to regulate and survive which is produced by burning of food in the presence of oxygen. Now, for food to burn, first, it has to be digested into very small particles of molecular size and then it mixes with blood and get transferred all over the body organs where this food is burnt in presence of oxygen. This process looks very simple but can easily become very complicated if the amount of fat in the food is higher than normal as fats don't have the tendency to mix with blood easily and the unsaturated fats gets attached to the walls of arteries and results in blood pressure or higher percentage of trans-fat causes cholesterol.
So, long term intake of such type of food can results in heart diseases. Such types of food include the food which have high fat percentage and highly acidic or junk food.

you can say, " our human body is the best machine of all machines." Our human body is the best modernized, sophisticated and useful machine that can ever be created. Like every other machine, out body also need power(food) to run and other accessories to work properly. Our body has solution for all the health problems but we don't know how to process our body or we can say we don't know the correct inputs on how to eliminate these health problems. Yes, its correct we have solution for every problem in our body itself.

Our body automatically takes many actions itself to eliminate many of the minor errors. You have noticed the sweat which keeps the body cool in summers, the tears in your eyes when you are in emotion or badly hurt to reduce the pain, your warm body in winters to protect you from deadly low temperature.

Now lets know how our body gets the energy to do all this work. You must know how your breathing and consumption of food are interrelated. The food we eat is digested and finally break down into several molecules of C-C bonds (carbohydrates) and the oxygen we breathe(inhale) burns that food and we get the required energy which we needed to survive or to perform all the body system such as respiration, digestion, circulation etc. Now, we knows that food and oxygen are vital for our health.
